Prices above do not include framing, applicable sales taxes, or shipping/crating expenses.

A non-refundable deposit of 30% is due when the portrait begins.

The balance is due upon final approval and acceptance of the portrait.

PROCEDURE

An initial conversation to discuss the concept of the portrait is made directly with the artist either in person, by telephone or by e-mail. This will be to determine the size, setting, price and expectations of the portrait. When agreeing to the commission a contract stating the price, describing the portrait and terms will be set up. The 30% down payment will also be required.

Digital or non-digital photographs will be required for the portrait.  These can be taken from the clients’ personal archives or by the artist herself.  The artist, together with the client, then chooses several photographs that they feel will work best. 

On completion of the portrait the client will be sent a digital image for final approval. (At this point any requested changes can be made.) When the client is fully happy with the portrait the final balance is required.
